I was an early employee at Tide, where I spent 7 years helping the company scale its product, engineering team, and culture. During that time, I helped Tide grow internationally, expand its team across multiple locations, and shape a strong engineering culture that supported rapid growth.
Most recently, I served as Chief Technology & Product Officer at a newly licensed UK bank, where I focused on accelerating product delivery, strengthening alignment between teams, and laying the foundations for long-term scale.
Now, I bring this experience to startups and scaleups as a fractional tech leader and advisor, helping founders make smart product and technology decisions from day one.

Successfully led the migration to a modern web stack and micro-frontend architecture, enabling global scalability for our product.
Seamlessly transitioned our mobile stack, product, teams, and engineers from native to Flutter, achieving the following milestones:
Redesigned and launched our flagship product using Flutter in under 9 months.
Upskilled all engineers in Flutter through the creation of the Flutter Academy program and recruited top global talent, including 2 Google Developer Experts in Flutter.
Unified and transformed the native iOS and Android teams into a single Flutter team.
Improved mobile deployment frequency from once every 6 weeks to once every week for mobile and on-demand on Web
Spearheaded the first mobile Tide app rebranding initiative following the Series-A funding round.
